Our first product, Topic-QX, is being released in the Fall of 2010.  It is the world’s first topical antibiotic ointment based on quorum sensing disruption technology.  The product relies exclusively on a variety of plant extracts that have a 3,000 year history of effectiveness as traditional medicines for infections.  We have combined these extracts into a formula that disables and disrupts the quorum sensing systems of many pathogenic bacteria (see our research). 

Oto-QX is being released in the Spring of 2011.  It is designed for ear infections and will be produced in drop form.  Recent research finds that many common ear infections consist of more than one type of bacteria, who inter-communicate in order to resist traditional antibiotics.  This presents a unique opportunity for quorum sensing disruption to be an efffective treatement.

Ulcer-QX will be released in the fall of 2011.  It is effective against the Helicobacter pylori bacteria that is the cause of most stomach ulcers and will be available in tablet form.

Oral-QX, is a quorum sensing based mouthwash designed to break up plaque (a biofilm subject to anti-qs compounds) and treat oral infections.

Our first personal product, JADE, is the world’s first personal lubricant based entirely on plant extracts.  JADE was a fortuitous, accidental discovery at QuorumEx.  It was a by-product of our quorum sensing research that was nearly overlooked.  It has, however, proven to be a vastly superior lubricant to anything on the market.  Its longevity while being used, without rewetting, is many times greater than any known aqueous based lubricant, and it has no toxicity.  It can even be ingested, even in large quantities, without ill effects.  JADE is being released in the Fall of 2010.

Other products are in the pipeline.  We expect to announce them early in 2011.
